One of the main causes for PMS is when our hormones become unbalanced. Our estrogen levels can increase and progesterone levels decrease. There are many things that can contribute to these hormone imbalances, such as a high-sugar, refined carbohydrate diet, caffeine, stress, hormones in dairy products and meat, and estrogen-like toxins in personal care products, makeup, pesticides and pollution. Keep out of the reach of children. Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects.

    Caution

    • Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 10,000 IU of preformed vitamin A (retinyl acetate) per day. Caution if pregnant or nursing. If taking medication-including blood thinning medication - consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use before surgery.

    • Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In the case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control centre immediately.
