For best results, mix 1 heaped teaspoon of charcoal with kefir (a naturally fermented raw milk product that contains good gut bacteria) to give your gut maximum benefit. Alternately use natural yoghurt, water or juice. Remember to drink a little more liquid when taking activated charcoal to help it move out of your body efficiently and so you don't get constipated.
