It is a combination of Nutri-tide® nucleotides and Rooibos extract specifically chosen to support the liver in regeneration. The Rooibos extract is a support ingredient with good antioxidant effects. Daily usage
Start by taking 1 capsule per day for the first week, 2 capsules for the second week, increasing to 2-4 capsules twice daily (for example 2 in the morning, and 2 at lunchtime). Usage can also be increased under conditions of higher physical demands or increased stress levels. Daily value established for ordinary maintenance at four (4) capsules per day per average body weight of 75kg.

- Rooibos Extract (Aspalathus linearis – 25mg per capsule) has been shown to offer protection from free radicals, and is a powerful anti-oxidant due to its high polyphenol content. The quality of the Rooibos extract is of superior standard, caffeine free and low in tannins.

Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
