Use | Tips
Adults and children over 12 years to take 1 tablet up to 4 times daily. For motion sickness, take 2 tablets 1 hour before travel. Do not exceed more than 4 tablets in a 24-hour period.
Indications: May assist or reduce symptoms of nausea or vomiting, motion and morning sickness.
Warnings
If you are taking anti-coagulant or anti-platelet medication, have a bleeding disorder, or suffer from any other medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before taking Gingerol®.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredients
Gingerol ginger extract (6% gingerol content)
Calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, vegetable stearate, castor oil, cellulose coating. Allergen advice: Contains no known allergens, artificial flavours or preservatives.
